CANCELLATION AND REFUND - ELIGIBILTY

*We take utmost care to deliver you quality products with safe packaging through our network of certified logistic partners. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely manner.

* If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.

*The default delivery partner under this Shopify Website is Shiprocket.


DAMAGE RETURNS AND REFUND OR EXCHANGE

* At the time of packaging,all fragile products go through several point checks to make sure that the product reaches you without any damage during transit providing you with 100 percent customer care & satisfaction making deliveries & returns hassle free for u .

* Our Products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are mostly custom made on orders or uniquely curated as per design concept.

* In case of damaged goods, please connect to us within 7 days of receiving the product.

* For damage returns of products, kindly make sure the original tags,barcodes,cloth bags and shipment packaging is handed back to the logistics partner as received. For products that come with a fragile sticker tape (Lighting & Décor items) it is mandatory to record a video while opening the package,so as to ensure safe and secure return pick up in case of damage during transit.

Note: Kindly keep in mind mild variations that may occur in uniformity of design,texture,color,borders etc that may occur during weaving,dyeing process,finishing etc as some products are handmade or hand finished. Hand made or hand finished,natural variations etc will not be considered for return.

*The request for return of the damaged products can be made in the following manner

For booking a return, kindly connect to our 'product return & care' on wasp chat 8590095944 (link) between 10 am and 6 pm Indian standard time. Kindly send us the image of damaged item with your order number, mentioning your specific reason of return. In case of fragile sticker product (Lighting & décor items), kindly send us the package opening video for verification of damage during transit. We will get back to you within 2 to 3 business working days. Our team will verify your return request and on its approval, we will schedule a reverse pick up by our logistics partner within next 4 to 5 business days.

You will receive an email or SMS notification or Wasp message at your email address or mobile number provided to us. We will assign our logistics partner for pick up of the damaged product within 4 to 5 business days after approval, and we shall replace it with an equivalent product if stock is available for the same under regular shipment days mentioned in the website, or provide a refund to you in case the stock is not available. Kindly note that this applies in case of all products falling under ‘ready to ship’ category, provided that you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the product. Apart from the ‘ready to ship’ goods and services, the products shipped under ‘made to order’ or ‘customised products’, if damaged, a refund is not issued against these damages and hence shopping credit vouchers are issued without any deductions to the customer by which he/or she can make a new purchase on the website. This is valid in case of following categories of products: Styled rooms, Table lamps, Curtain fabrics and Carpets. This will be issued within 7 to 15 business days of after receiving the returned product and subject to its verification by our team.

*Return or refund shall be considered only once the customer concerned produces relevant documents,videos and original packaging with intact tags,barcodes,cloth bags etc as present at time of delivery. You are eligible to return the product only if you return the products in the same condition in which you received them. A copy of the receipt or invoice shall be attached along with the returned product. The order returned must accompany all accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount. Kindly pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.

*In case of damaged/pilferaged/tempered/pressed/leaked shipment outer packaging, receiver shall mention negative remarks on POD copy to get claim for the shipment. In the absence of any negative remarks on POD copy clearly stating such damage/pilferage/tampering/pressing/leakage, no claim shall be entertained by the logistics patner at any point of time.

*Damage returned products and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified us. Once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option within 7 to 15 working days of receiving the return product. Please be informed that the products purchased using the COD, Cash on Delivery option will be refunded to the Bank account with the bank details provided by you to us.

*If following the testing process,the product is found to be in good working order without defects, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.

*Not withstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:

the product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc.).
if the product has been used or opened.
III. the products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.

misused the product in a way that caused the problem.
you knew or were made aware of the problems with the product or service before you purchased it.
gifts or free services.
VII. the product is broken, tampered with or damaged.

VIII. the product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.

any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
